Search plus Your World : A new Search Algorithm by google

Soon, When you Google something. you will notice a couple of small icons appear on search results. That is all because Google has unveiled its new Searching Algorithm named "Search plus your world". This new feature will allow users to experience personalized search results, including their friends in the social network Google+, as well as people, pages and profiles in the same network.
Google has tries to integrate a social network with a search engine so that people come to know the friends who are already 'indulge in' what they are currently searching for.
Obviously, this will only works when the users are logged in to their "Google account".

 The new feature includes emphasizes Photos and Google+ entries. A separate area above the main search results provided, which allows a user to quickly focus on personal results, using small icons to highlight the content.Also Users who have uploaded photos can search for the album name, and it will be purely displayed in the search results. 

 

For example, if users searches for "android" with Google Search then his/her Google+ profile will analyze the results and the friends in user's circle will be tracked out with small boxes (here the example has shown in above picture)."This change would help Google to transform into a search that “understands not only content, but also people and relationships",According to Amit Singhal-Google Fellow
