Apple Vs Samsung is heating up in Germany

A fight between Apple and Samsung is going on in Germany since a long time. Apple had sued Samsung to the court twice for patent infringement. And this resulted in permanent ban on Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (since it is an old story).

But now Apple has again targeted Samsung and is calling Samsung to the court for 10 smartphone models including Galaxy  S2, Galaxy S Plus , Galaxy R and 7 other devices for Patent infringement.

Samsung was one of the top manufacturers of smart phones in Germany in the previous quarter results. A spokesperson from Seoul said that the company had no immediate comment to make and hence the suits were filed. As a result of this Samsung shares fell as much as 1.4 percent in Seoul trading.
